Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to My Policy to view your policy information
Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to My Document -> My Contract /Certificate to view and download your policy certificate.

To update your personal particulars, please download the Personal Particulars Update Form and complete it. Once completed, kindly email the form to customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my .
Nomination Information
To make nomination for your policy upon loan settlement, please download the Nomination & Trust Form and complete it. Once completed, kindly email the form to customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my .
Enter your personal information, nominee details, and benefit allocation, sign the form, and email to customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my .
