The Customer Portal is a secure website for accessing policy details and performing online services, while oneTokio is a mobile app designed for quick access to policy information.
To change your password on the Customer Portal, log in, go to My Profile, select Change Password, enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm the new password.
If you have forgotten your password or your One Time Password (OTP) has expired, click on Forgot Password, enter your NRIC/Passport Number, and submit; a new OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

The oneTokio app is a mobile application for Tokio Marine policyholders to access policy details, make payments, and perform transactions conveniently and securely.
To log in to the oneTokio app, open the app, enter your registered email or mobile number, input your password, and tap the login button.
If your account is locked, click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your NRIC/Passport Number, and submit; a new One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. If you need further assistance, contact Tokio Marine’s Customer Care Hotline at 03-2603 3999.
