Customer Portal:

Policy Information

Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to My Document -> My Contract /Certificate to view and download your policy contract.
Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to My Document -> My Statement to view and download your policy statement.

Policy Servicing

Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to Self Service -> Request OTP and input OTP sent -> Correspondence Address/Contact Number/Email to update your correspondence address, contact number, or email.
Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to Self Service -> Request OTP and input OTP sent and select services required to update your bank details and card information.
To make changes to the cash bonus or guaranteed cash payment option in your policy, please download the Cash Bonus / Guaranteed Cash Payment form and complete it. Once completed, log in to the Customer Portal to submit the form through My Policy -> View More -> Policy Servicing eForm -> Uploading of eForm and Document -> Select Cash Bonus / Guaranteed Cash Payment Form.
Enter your personal information, select your GCP / Cash Bonus option, sign the form, and submit it through the Customer Portal or email to customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my.

Nomination Information

To make nomination for your policy, please download the Nomination & Trust Form and complete it. Once completed, log in to the Customer Portal to submit the form through My Policy -> View More -> Policy Servicing eForm -> Uploading of eForm and Document -> Select Nomination and Trust Form.

Once completed, log in to the Customer Portal to submit the form through My Policy -> View More -> Policy Servicing eForm -> Uploading of eForm and Document -> Select Nomination and Trust Form.
Enter your personal information, nominee details, and benefit allocation, sign the form, and submit it through the Customer Portal or email to customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my .

Payment Information

Log in to the Customer Portal, navigate to e-Payment -> ePay Premium, select your policy, and follow the instructions to make the payment.
Payment Frequency:
To make changes on the payment frequency, please download the Request for Alteration Form and complete it. Once completed, log in to the Customer Portal to submit the form through My Policy -> View More -> Policy Servicing eForm -> Uploading of eForm and Document -> Request for Alteration Form.

Payment Method:
Log in to the Customer Portal, and navigate to Self Service -> Request OTP and input OTP sent and select services required to update your bank details and card information.
