  2. The following 10 days available date and time will based on the branch selection.
  3. Fill in the appointment form.
  4. Once submitted successfully, please remind yourself by capturing or screenshot your booking branch location, date and time.
  5. There will NO sms or email will be send out.
  6. You can check with customer service regarding your appointment whether booked successfully or not.
How to Make Appointment?
  1. You may have incorrectly entered your Full Name, Hand Phone Number, Email Address, Service Request, Branch, Date or Time Slot during making appointment.
  2. The time slot was fully booked will not show in our list based on the branch and date selected.
  3. During submission, it hit error may due to multiple customers booking for the same time slot based on branch and date selected.
  4. Please contact our customer service at 03-2603 3999 or email us at customercare @tokiomarine life.com.my if you still encounter any difficulties in making appointment.
