FAQ

  1. Click here to register as user.
  2. Please read the terms and conditions, and click submit if you agree to them.
  3. Fill in the registration form.
  4. Your registration is successful only if you receive a message that your password will be sent to you either via email or SMS.
  5. Once you receive your password, you have to change it within 7 days by activating your e-Services account. If you fail to activate it within 7 days, you will have to restart the entire register process.

How to Register?
  1. You may have incorrectly entered your New IC number, Policy Number, Full Name, Hand Phone Number or Email Address during registration.
  2. Your New IC number or Policy Number does not match or may not be listed in our records.
  3. Only the policy owner is able to apply for an e-Services account.
  4. The Mobile Phone No or Email Address is not registered in the policy. Please complete the Personal Particulars Update Form and email to us at customercare @tokiomarine life.com.myfor registration.
  5. Once you receive your password, you have to change it within 7 days by activating your e-Services account. If you fail to activate it within 7 days, you will have to restart the entire register process
